Elyros redefines how we perceive Greek food through the cuisine of Crete. Renowned as one of the healthiest cultures on earth, Cretans have been the keepers of secret recipes, which have formed the core of the Mediterranean Diet for centuries. They serve a blend of modern and traditional Cretan dishes, made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, foraged and farmed locally.
The menu for this feature dinner pays homage to ancient recipes and will include modern interpretations of classic dishes including; olive oil poached salmon, stuffed squid poached in red wine, chocolate karithopita (walnut cake) and so much more.
