92% VOTE IN SUPPORT OF PROPOSAL FOR BULLEEN

PROF. DEREK WILL LAUNCH THE GCM SEMINARS
Professor Derek Krueger of the University of North Carolina will launch the 2017 Greek History & Culture Seminar Series, offered for the seventh consecutive year by the Greek Community of Melbourne. The lectures are presented by distinguished academics from Australia and overseas. Glykeria to headline 2017 Lonsdale St Greek Festival
Saturday 25 February 2017 | Adored songstress Glykeria returns to Melbourne for the 30th Lonsdale St Greek Festival, performing her greatest hits on the Delphi Bank Stage. Also taking part in this year’s special 30th Anniversary celebrations are the Stratakis Brothers – from Crete – who are certain to woo audiences with their incredible vocal and lyre talents. Food Galore at this Year's Lonsdale St Greek Festival
25 & 26 February 2017 | Much loved My Kitchen Rules Greek twins Helena and Vikki Moursellas will be back to host the Procal Greek Kitchen across the Lonsdale St Greek Festival weekend. Presenters include Kathy Tsaples (Sweet Greek), Philip Vakos (Bahari), Angela Nicolettou (Angela’s Kitchen), Angie Giannakodakis (Elyros + Epocha) Mary Valle (Mary’s Kitchen) and Niki Yena (My Greek Kitchen). During the evening, the Greek Kitchen will be transformed into a ‘taverna’, with many styles of Greek music being played and plenty of dancing on the street. | MORE
