The much-loved Antipodes Cocktail Party returns on Sat 28 Feb 2026 and tickets are strictly limited.

Enjoy exclusive balcony views over the Festival and Main Stage, a premium menu by Olive & Thyme, and a curated Greek beverage selection by Hellenic Wine & Spirits.

As the Festival’s marquee event, this experience sells out every year. Proceeds support the Antipodes Centre Trust and its ongoing work championing Greek cultural programs.

Keon Park SC Crowned Champions of 2026 Women’s Greek Community Cup

Keon Park SC have claimed the 2026 Women’s Greek Community Cup, defeating Brunswick City SC 1–0 in a strong and determined final performance.

Hosted by Northcote City FC and presented by the Greek Community of Melbourne, the tournament celebrated the growth of women’s football and community pride.

Congratulations to all teams and supporters who made the event a success.

 
 

Registrations Open: Certificate of Attainment in Greek Language Exams

Registrations are now open for the 2026 Certificate of Attainment in Greek exams, held in May at the Greek Community of Melbourne.

Recognised by the Greek Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, the Certificate confirms Greek language proficiency from A1 (children 8–12) through to C2.

Applications close: 20 March 2026
Exam dates: 19–21 May 2026
Fees: $160–$180 AUD (depending on level)

Candidates must be 8 years old by 31 May 2026. Age guidelines apply for A1 and higher levels.

 
 

2026 Greek History and Culture Seminars

Various Dates | The Greek Centre

The Greek Community of Melbourne’s Greek History and Culture Seminar Series returns on 5 March 2026.

This free public program explores key moments, ideas and movements that have shaped Greek civilisation and its global influence. Sessions run from March to September at the Greek Centre and online, featuring expert speakers and engaging discussion.
