Notice of Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting

We write to inform you of:

1. the 2017 Annual General Meeting of the Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria (GOCMV) and enclose the attached report to be presented at the Meeting
2. a Special General Meeting and enclose the motion to be put forward to all those members present and

Ειδοποίηση για: Ετήσια Γενική Συνέλευση και Ειδική Γενική Συνέλευση

Αγαπητό μέλος,

Σας γράφουμε για να σας ενημερώσουμε για:

α.την Ετήσια Γενική Συνέλευση του 2017 της Ελληνικής Ορθόδοξης Κοινότητας Μελβούρνης και Βικτώριας (ΕΚΜ) και εσωκλείουμε την Ετήσια Οικονομική Έκθεση  που θα υποβληθεί στη Συνέλευση και β. την Ειδική Γενική Συνέλευση και εσωκλείουμε την υποβληθείσα πρόταση προς όλα τα μέλη

Η Ετήσια Γενική Συνέλευση θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Κέντρο Ανδριανάκου του Alphington Grammar, την Κυριακή 29 Απριλίου 2018 από τις 2:00μμ

Η Ειδική Γενική Συνέλευση θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Κέντρο Ανδριανάκου του Alphington Grammar, την Κυριακή 29 Απριλίου 2018 από στις 3:00μμ

• Η Ανακοίνωση για την Ετήσια Γενική Συνέλευση
• Η Ηλεγμένη από τον ορκωτό λογιστή Οικονομική Έκθεση για το έτος 2016-2017
• Η Ανακοίνωση για την Ειδική Γενική Συνέλευση και σχετική πρόταση

Παρακαλούμε να εξετάσετε προσεκτικά την συνημμένη έκθεση και κατά την Ετήσια Γενική Συνέλευση μη διστάσετε να κάνετε στο Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση που μπορεί να έχετε.
