The GCM’s Creative Drama & Arts group present Jeremy Artis in the one man theatrical adaptation of the great Greek general, "Makriyannis," memoirs.
The performance follows the significant events of the Greek Revolution, from the birth of Makriyannis and his first mission in Patras in March 1821, to the "conspiracy" for the signing of the Constitution by Otto in September 1843.
Return of the Centaurs is a "field guide" to looking at the world as it looks back at us. It is an affectionate parody of empirical science's lack of self-reflection.

In this series of lessons, we will explore the bouzouki as a solo instrument. Deeply rooted in the Greek folk tradition, particularly the rebetiko and laiko repertoires, we will also experiment with incorporating the bouzouki into other musical styles, building on its rich history.
